Job Description
What the role is about:
- Develop and maintain trust relationships with a portfolio of named accounts while connecting and expanding relationships with key business executives and stakeholders.
- Conduct periodic account review/planning to have an in-depth understanding of the customer and develop strategic plans tailored to customer goals of growth and expansion, thereby maximizing potential revenue.
- Identify business opportunities and create client-specific solutions.
- Set up and schedule solution/service presentations and company executive calls aligned with the unit’s Go-To-Market plan.
- Conduct initial review of contracts/agreements related to opportunities/transactions and share with Technical Services Group Head and Legal for further review and input.
- Collaborate with internal support for customer inquiries, order processing/billings, and to ensure timely delivery of orders and address billing/invoice concerns.
- Work closely with product management and technical services group to identify business opportunities and craft solution/service offerings aligned with client requirements.
- Achieve Annual Sales Quota.
