Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced US Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top talent in the United States to meet our company’s staffing needs.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with hiring managers to determine staffing requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
- Utilizing various sourcing techniques, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates.
- Conducting phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Preparing and presenting job offers to selected candidates and managing the hiring process until successful onboarding.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment agencies.
To be successful in this role, you should have a solid understanding of US recruitment laws and regulations, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to quickly adapt to changing market conditions.
