Job Description
We are a small, fully remote team serving household customers in the US with high-end cleaning services. We are rapidly expanding and looking for reliable, positive, and ambitious people to be part of our team.
This is a fully remote, full-time, work-from-home role.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be trained in each area of the business and be expected to master company procedures for managing the daily schedule of cleans. Excellent communication, multitasking, and management skills are essential.
Duties will include managing/coordinating ongoing cleans, dealing with customer complaints and questions via text messaging software, project work with owners and management, and organizing service schedules for cleaners. Intermediate mathematical knowledge is needed for calculating payments and percentages. High-level communicators and multitaskers excel in this role.
Fluent written and spoken English, good internet connection, and a quiet place to work are required. A reliable internet connection and electric connection are required. You will need to provide your own smartphone, computer, and headset for calls. Your computer needs to be able to smoothly manage up to 12 Google Chrome tabs at once.
Required Experience: 2+ years customer service. Fluent English.
