Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative for our night shift position in the insurance industry. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and providing exceptional service and support.
Key qualifications for this role include excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as a strong attention to detail. Previous experience in a customer service role, particularly in the insurance industry, is highly desirable.
