Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled Technical Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing assistance and resolving technical issues faced by our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing technical support via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshooting software and hardware issues and providing solutions
- Escalating complex problems to senior technicians or relevant departments
- Documenting customer interactions and resolutions accurately
- Following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in a technical support role is preferred
- Proficiency in using help desk software and remote support tools
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems
