Job Description
Tasks
Outbound and inbound calls – contacting clients for policy renewal. Remind clients and handle inquiries as needed.
Perform admin tasks for report consolidation, when necessary.
Experience
Minimum of 6 months experience in inbound-outbound calls or client coordination.
Excellent communication skills in English and Tagalog (Filipino), as we have expat clients. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Education
Vocational/Associate Degree required.
Job Types
Full-time, Fixed-term.
Salary
Php17,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month.
