Job Description
The Food and Beverage Manager reports directly to the General Manager. Preferably specialized in Hotel Food and Beverage Services, ideally with catering, buffet, and events background or equivalent. Duties typically include interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, and managing employees, as well as overseeing inventory, including food and beverages, supplies, and other restaurant equipment. The role also involves resolving customer complaints regarding food quality and service and ensuring the business complies with health and food safety regulations. Administrative tasks such as managing manpower and writing budgets are also part of the job.
