Job Description

JOB SCOPE

  • Sponsorship outreach (we develop an outreach plan and the VA would help us make initial contact, follow up, and find new leads)
  • Social media: scheduling events, sharing pre-written content on multiple platforms, and largely handling a high amount of member and post requests in our group
  • Organizational abilities with excel/Google sheets
  • Managing event participants: collecting RSVPs from multiple platforms and organizing attendees, sending pre-event emails, etc.
  • Other AdHoc Tasks

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

1) At least 3 years experience in an executive assistant or V.A. role

2) STELLAR English verbal and written communication skills (C1 and up ONLY)

3) Experience with designing pitch decks

4) Availability to work 40hrs/week on U.S. time zone

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40,00.00 – Php50,00.00 per month
