Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team. As a Production Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing manufacturing operations and managing our skilled staff. If you have a proven track record in manufacturing and possess excellent leadership skills, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day manufacturing operations to meet production targets and quality standards.
- Lead and mentor production staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality control procedures.
- Monitor and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as quality assurance, to ensure seamless workflow.
- Track and report production metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse to maintain a steady supply of materials.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Solid problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Effective communication skills to interact with staff at all levels and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php30,00.00 per month
