Job Description
A global telecom broadband solutions company located in Laguna is looking for an SMT Section Manager. This role is responsible for the SMT production KPI and making sure that productivity, efficiency, and quality are achieved.
Qualifications:
- Must have a degree preferably in Electrical Engineering or any related course.
- With at least 8 years of experience in the same field.
- Skilled in Panasonic machine, from screen printer to AOI and wave machine.
- Has keen attention to detail.
- With great communication and leadership skills.
