Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced IT Business Analyst to join our team. As an IT Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement, and developing and implementing effective IT solutions.
Your main responsibilities will include gathering and documenting business requirements, analyzing user needs, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. You will also be responsible for conducting feasibility studies, creating detailed project plans, and recommending innovative IT strategies to improve business processes and efficiency.
The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong background in IT systems analysis, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of business processes. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, as you will be working closely with stakeholders from different departments to gather requirements and deliver results.
