Job Description
- Establish, coordinate, carry out, and oversee all training activities within all convention center branches.
- Actively establish relationships and partnerships with industry associations, outside training providers, and academic advisors pertaining to the hospitality industry.
- Maintain an ongoing training calendar and training budget to ensure that learning resources and opportunities are maximized.
- Assist in the creation, implementation, and facilitation of the hotel training plan and budget that is in line with the hotel’s goals and strategic plan.
- Conduct an annual training needs analysis and work with department managers to help identify training opportunities for their team members.
- Prepare and submit training reports.
- Oversees Performance Management reports and Individual Development Plan of the employees.
