Job Description
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a field aligned with the College programs (e.g., Business Administration, Management, Accountancy, Human Resource Management, Real Estate Management, etc.); a Doctorate degree in business is preferred
- Demonstrated excellence in teaching, with a commitment to innovative and engaging pedagogy
- A strong record of scholarship, including publications in high-quality academic journals (preference for doctoral candidates)
- With potential for leadership and contribution to the College’s strategic vision
Responsibilities:
- Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in assigned areas of expertise
- Conduct original research and publish scholarly work
- Participate in service activities within the College and University
- Contribute to the intellectual and academic life of the College
