Job Description
Job Description:
- Assist in product development & recipe costing process by updating merchandise list, portion and quantity of raw materials, cost and selling price.
- Generate market list and consolidate summary of raw materials for daily allocation and dishes to prepare.
- Maintain stock inventory worksheet & monitor receipts, issuance, production losses & wastages and stock transfers. Document and report irregularities and anomalous transaction related to stocks maintenance.
- Oversee and act as point person in the weekly and monthly inventory taking. Prepare inventory valuation report and work closely with accounting in the disposition of material variances.
- Maintain an organized filing system of all records and documents related to inventory, excel, Xero and Calc menu data.
- Assisting releasing check payment to supplier. Maintain record of releasing of checks.
- Perform other tasks related to accounting and finance.
Job Requirements:
- Accounting graduate and preferably with 1 to 3 years experience
- With years of experience using Microsoft Application, Excel and Word
- Has experience in accounts reconciliation process, analytical and attentive to details.
- Customer oriented and a Team player
- Willing to relocate/assign in Pasig City ASAP
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php15,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
