Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of BS or BA Psychology or BSBA major in Human Resources
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Minimum of 1 year experience is a plus
- Knowledgeable with MS Office
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Payroll preparation for weekly workers
- Payroll preparation for monthly employees
- 13th-month pay preparation
- Requesting and compiling cash advances of employees
- Payroll filing
- Coordinating with site supervisors/foremen
- Encoding of site billings and cost-plus preparation
- Submitting endorsement letters for site workers
- Updating of employee’s alpha list and master list
- Preparation of workers’ benefits and compensations
- Other HR Works in all facets
NOTE: Tasks listed above are distributed among HR Staff who will be hired.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Salary: From Php15,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay

- Willing to render overtime every Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday of the week for payroll preparation and releasing?
