Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly qualified individual for the position of Collection & Credit Control Specialist. This role requires a strong understanding of financial systems and the ability to effectively manage and control the collection of outstanding payments from customers.
The main responsibilities include tracking and updating outstanding accounts receivable, analyzing credit data, negotiating payment terms, and developing strategies to minimize credit risk. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a proven track record in credit control.
Key requirements for this position include a bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field, at least 3 years of experience in credit control, and a thorough understanding of credit management best practices. Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills are also highly desirable.
