Job Responsibilities:
- Communicates with customers on the phone or by written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolves customer issues on the first call/contact whenever possible without transferring the caller.
- Matching customers’ demands to Clients’ products, solutions, and services.
- Utilizing negotiation and influencing skills to overcome objections and gain customers’ buy-in.
- Communicating specific information to internal and external clients and sharing knowledge with colleagues.
