Job Description
Brand Ambassador’s responsibility is to represent the brand, engage customers, and ensure a positive and memorable experience at various designated areas, including discussions about the brand and products, addressing customer inquiries, managing registrations, overseeing the free play area, brain visualizer area, pop-up store, and other activity areas.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school graduate or Bachelor’s degree in communications or related field.
- Proficient verbal and written communication to effectively convey brand messages and engage with diverse audiences.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize customer satisfaction and address inquiries or concerns.
- Strong interpersonal abilities to build positive relationships with kids, visitors, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Thorough knowledge of the brand, its products, and key messaging to effectively communicate and represent the brand accurately.
- Collaborative attitude and ability to work cohesively with other brand ambassadors, event organizers, and internal teams.
- OPEN FOR NO EXPERIENCE (Proficient verbal communication – English).
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to Php30,00.00 per month
