Job Description
1. Must ensure the proper administration of the following:
- Physical stocks vs system inventory monitoring
- Manpower planning and monitoring
- Maximized, efficient and effective space management
- Timely and accurate devanning and loading of goods
- Product protection and handling
- Records monitoring/tracking
- Protection and conservation of company assets
2. Ensure work is accurately completed within an established time frame.
3. Ensure applying department SOPs through ensuring that all products are in their designated places and meet the agreed standards for effective results.
4. Allocate and request additional resources as needed.
5. Manage the proper storage and handling of company vehicles used for delivery.
6. Organize the warehouse, label goods, plan routes, and process deliveries.
7. Assure compliance with corporate warehouse policies, procedures, and programs.
8. Supervise employees in accordance with company policies and applicable laws; including training employees, planning, assigning, and delegating tasks; appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, and addressing complaints and resolving problems.
9. Ensure timely reports and updates are provided to the Leaders.
10. Ensure the warehouse is accessible and safe for employees and client representatives.
11. Any other duties and tasks assigned.
