Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Will handle initial interview of the applicants
- Will conduct the New Employee Orientation
- Will handle the recruitment reports and monitoring
- Will prepare the payroll account opening
- Assist in facilitating the evaluation of job performance for the 3rd month and 5th month for the probationary employee as well as the annual job evaluation to all the call center employees.
- Manages and conducts the exit interview process for separated employees. Performs analysis on turnover, prepares exit interview summary data for exiting employees.
- Assist in the clearance process of all the separated employees and make a summary report for the computation of last pay.
- Assist in facilitating the personnel action notice of all the call center employees
- Assist in facilitating the employment contract and regularization notice
- Assist in disseminating the corporate memorandum
- Assisting in Company events (Christmas Party, Team Building, etc.,)
- Will assist in encoding of daily timekeeping and payroll processing
- Knowledgeable in Labor and Employee Relations
- Policy and Process creations
- Can start ASAP
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Detail-oriented, Good Communication Skills, Good Analytical Skills, Good Time-Management Skills
- Preferably Less than 2 year experience specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
