Job Description
- Obtain client information by answering and placing telephone calls, interviewing clients and third parties verifying information.
- Update pertinent system with data gathered from telephone calls, and notating the status/ disposition of each call, as required by the context.
- Monthly reporting of VOC.
- Interact professionally on the phone and in writing.
- Escalate customer issues to management to ensure customer expectations are met with standard procedures.
- Initiative: A willingness to investigate issues per documented processes and provide recommendations for updates as needed.
- Identify and escalate priority issues.
- Properly complete call logs.
- Maintain high levels of customer service.
- Properly care for and maintain communications equipment, reporting any problems encountered.
- Comply with other duties and tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
