Job Description
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems or escalate issues to appropriate personnel.
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
- Set up and configure computer systems and peripherals for end-users.
- Maintain documentation of IT support processes and troubleshooting steps.
