Job Description
The Sales Executive Director is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve company targets and drive revenue growth. This position plays a crucial role in developing and implementing effective sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong customer relationships.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Manage and motivate the sales team, providing guidance and support in achieving their individual and team goals.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitors to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective and efficient sales processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
