Job Description
Our company, Taters Enterprises Inc., is currently seeking a highly efficient and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Procurement Assistant. This role will involve providing support to the procurement department in sourcing and procuring goods and services to support our operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying potential suppliers and vendors
- Obtain and analyze quotations and proposals
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records
- Monitor inventory levels and track orders
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Prior experience in a procurement or administrative role is a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
