Employment Type: Full-time

Job Overview Responsibilities:

1. Cleans and sanitizes the interior of buildings including floors, carpet, rugs, windows, glass doors, restrooms, and walls.
2. Disinfects commonly used items like desks, door handles, office tools, and phones.
3. Maintains inventory list and checks items for repairs.
4. Performs messengerial duties if needed.
5. Performs basic maintenance and minor repairs on machinery, equipment, and tools (electrical, plumbing, and construction).
6. Knows how to operate heavy equipment such as a vacuum cleaner, pressure washer, polisher, and familiar with chemical solutions.
7. Ensures security and safety of the office from any types of hazards.
8. Completes tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
9. Follows all health and safety regulations and complies with the office policies.
10. Performs all other tasks related to the work.

Qualifications:

1. With experience in janitorial works.
2. Has basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and construction.
3. Must be willing to work on shifting schedules, holidays, and weekends if necessary.
4. Ability to work independently.
5. Honest and reliable.
6. Open to be trained and supervised.

Work Setup:

• Willing to work in McKinley, Taguig (office-based), Can Start ASAP.

Salary: From Php15,00.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

• 13th month salary

Experience:

• Janitorial/Messenger: 1 year (Required)

Ability to Commute:

• Taguig City (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Taguig City: Relocate before starting work (Required)
