Job Description
We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and organized administrative member to join our growing team. In this position, you will provide administrative and secretarial support, mostly e-commerce-related.
General Duties:
- Manage and optimize our online sales channels on Lazada, Tiktok, Shopee, and other digital sales.
- Create and manage product listings and ensure accurate and compelling content, images, inventory levels, and pricing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to order fulfillment, payment and processing, refunds and returns.
- Respond appropriately to any customer’s inquiries through various digital channels.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php15,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
Expected Start Date: 02/07/2024
