This position is responsible for providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Address customer complaints, concerns, and escalations effectively and empathetically.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting guidance for products or services.
- Provide recommendations and upsell/cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs.
