Job Description
We are currently hiring for the position of Call Center Agent for our Hotel Reservations Account. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers looking to make hotel reservations. Your main goal will be to ensure excellent customer service, address customer inquiries, and assist with booking hotel rooms.
To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You must have the ability to multitask, as you will be handling multiple calls and reservations simultaneously. Prior experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from customers looking to make hotel reservations
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
- Assist customers with booking hotel rooms and provide information regarding availability, rates, and amenities
- Enter customer information accurately into the system
- Maintain high level of professionalism and patience when dealing with customer concerns
