Job Description
- Must be trustworthy and honest.
- Check and submit daily attendance of workers.
- Check if workers are wearing complete safety attire. Inform Admin Head if there’s a need to order more.
- Check the overall safety of the site and workers.
- Ensure and check if workers are compliant with rules and not slacking around, including inspection of bags at the start and end of shift.
- Ensure that inventory of materials on site is updated and kept safely.
- Receive deliveries and ensure that items are complete and in good condition.
- Send site updates if needed.
- Create Job Orders/Purchase Orders for the site, in coordination with the Foreman and Site Engineer.
- Run errands.
- Assist in distributing the payroll.
- Coordinate with the village regarding permits, site requirements, worker requirements (IDs, NBI clearance, gate pass, etc.) and handle the processing.
