Job Description
Provides support to the subsequent day to day patient care coordination, administrative and documentation requirements of the assigned client company site.
Attends to clients’ requests, complaints and concerns and ensures prompt responses to clients.
Coordinates with insurers on all client related concerns.
Performs other duties assigned by their immediate superior from time to time.
Coordinators will be deployed to client offices and required to work onsite.
