Job Description
We are currently looking for a highly qualified and experienced HR and Admin Manager to join our team in the aviation industry. As the HR and Admin Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the human resources and administrative functions of our organization.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure effective workforce management
- Recruiting, selecting, and onboarding new staff members, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process
- Administering employee benefit programs, including compensation, performance management, and employee relations
- Overseeing the maintenance of employee records and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Managing and coordinating employee training and development programs
- Working closely with department heads to address staffing needs and optimize employee performance
