Job Description
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or any related course
- With background in food manufacturing preferably in food handling and sensory training
- With basic food laboratory skills
- With strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ensure that all raw materials and premixes have their Material Quality Status identified
- Conduct ingredient evaluations for quality and cost-effectiveness (particularly potential substitute/equivalent ingredients)
- Ensure that all process control testing in the factory is carried out in accordance with approved procedures and that non-conforming products are put “on-hold”, properly reported and documented immediately
- Ensure that all required samples are received, tested and stored in accordance with the procedures, including samples for microbiological testing
- Input QA results for finished products into the computer and file finished product specifications accordingly
