Job Description
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for procurement and supply chain management? If so, we invite you to be a key player in our dynamic team as a Procurement Officer.
Position: Procurement Officer
Location: Quezon City
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective and timely acquisition of goods and services.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and requirements.
- Evaluate supplier performance, conduct supplier audits, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and ethical standards in all procurement activities.
- Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, from sourcing to contract management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Procurement Officer or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and regulations.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Proficient in procurement software and MS Office applications.
