Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly talented and analytical individual to join our team as a People Analytics Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data related to our workforce to provide valuable insights and drive strategic decisions.
As a People Analytics Analyst, you will collaborate with various departments to gather, clean, and analyze data from different sources such as employee surveys, performance evaluations, and HR systems. You will use advanced statistical methodologies and tools to identify trends, patterns, and correlations to drive improvements in talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and retention.
Key responsibilities:
- Collect and process data from multiple sources
- Analyze data to identify trends and patterns
- Create reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Provide recommendations based on data-driven insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions
