Job Description
We are currently seeking qualified individuals for the position of Pure Non-voice/Chat Account. As part of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through chat-based support. This position does not involve any voice calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and addressing their concerns through chat platforms.
- Providing accurate and timely information to customers.
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues or escalating them to the appropriate department.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining a professional and courteous manner.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
