Job Description
We are currently seeking a Product Support Agent I to join our team. As a Product Support Agent I, you will play a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service and technical support to our valued customers.
Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing timely resolution to ensure customer satisfaction. Furthermore, you will document customer interactions, escalate complex problems as needed, and collaborate with other teams to enhance product knowledge and improve processes.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You must possess a strong technical aptitude, be detail-oriented, and have a passion for problem-solving. Previous experience in a customer support role and familiarity with product support tools is preferred.
