Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Associate in our Internal Audit department. As an Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the Internal Audit Manager in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our internal control systems.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing internal audits to assess the adequacy of controls, identify areas for improvement, and monitor compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments and assist in developing audit programs based on identified risks.
- Perform testing of controls and document results in accordance with established methodologies.
- Analyze audit findings and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure the implementation of remediation plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in internal audit or related field is a plus.
