Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Key Accounts Supervisor. As a Key Accounts Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and developing key client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and objectives
- Manage and oversee the sales process, ensuring targets are met and revenue is maximized
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of products/services
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in key account management or a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record of achieving targets and driving business growth
