Job Description
As a Fraud Detection Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of fraud detection analysts. Your role will involve developing, implementing, and monitoring strategies to identify and prevent fraudulent activities within our organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead a team of fraud detection analysts and provide guidance and mentorship
- Develop and implement fraud detection strategies and procedures
- Analyze data and identify patterns to detect potential fraudulent activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve detected fraud cases
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging fraud techniques
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fraud detection or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent leadership and teamwork abilities
- Proficient in using fraud detection software and tools
- Strong understanding of fraud prevention strategies and methodologies
