Job Description
Shopee Xpress, a leading e-commerce logistics company, is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as the Hub Coordinator – Operations. This position is specifically for our Mandaue RC + FM location.
As the Hub Coordinator – Operations, your role will be to oversee and ensure the smooth operations of the Mandaue RC + FM hub. You will be responsible for coordinating with various teams, including warehousing, inventory management, and delivery, to optimize operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring and managing daily hub operations, including inbound and outbound logistics
- Ensuring accurate documentation and inventory management
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
- Implementing and improving processes to increase productivity and reduce errors
- Training and supervising hub staff to meet operational standards
