Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced In-House Lawyer to join our legal team. As an In-House Lawyer, you will be responsible for providing legal advice, drafting and reviewing contracts, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal assistance and advice to various departments within the company.
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and keep track of changes in laws and regulations.
- Handle legal disputes, negotiations, and settlements.
- Stay updated on legal trends and developments that may impact the company.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law and a valid license to practice law.
- Proven experience as an In-House Lawyer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and legal principles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
