Job Description
The position is responsible for providing medical services and requirements of the company and its support to the organization in maintaining a Healthy and safety work environment through initiating and facilitating appropriate health and safety programs in compliance with DOLE standards and company policies.
- To provide general first aid to employees when required, assess employee health risks, and promote employee health.
- Responds to job-related medical emergencies and provides onsite treatment to sick or injured workers.
- Recommends additional or specialized medical treatment when necessary.
- Prepares accident reports and workers’ compensation reports.
- Coordinate with other departments/agencies to ensure the implementation of health and wellness program.
- Records and monitors all employees’ medical records.
- Responsible in engaging employees to attend health and wellness programs, stress management program and other activities that will help in promoting work-life balance.
- Help organize and facilitate company events (company outing, Christmas party, teambuilding, etc).
- Confers with the HR Manager for relevant concerns affecting employees and recommends solutions to address these.
- Perform other tasks that may assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of experience as a company nurse.
Personality Traits:
- Honest.
- Can multi-task, open for additional assignments (HR Tasks).
- Reports to work on time, willing to overtime if needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php26,00.00 – Php28,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift.
- Overtime.
- Weekends.
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary.
- Overtime pay.
Education:
- Bachelor’s (Preferred).
Experience:
- Nursing: 1 year (Preferred).
Language:
- English (Preferred).
License/Certification:
- Nursing (Preferred).
Ability to Commute:
- Davao City (Required).
Ability to Relocate:
- Davao City: Relocate before starting work (Required).
