Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Account Officer. As an Account Officer, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Your key responsibilities will include reconciling accounts, preparing financial reports, analyzing financial data, and assisting with budget planning. You will also be required to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, providing excellent customer service and resolving inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Prior experience in accounting or finance preferred
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and accounting software
