Job Description
- Monitors and disburses the payables of the company to the proper party/ies or institution according to the timelines and deadlines set
- Reviews the accounts payable entries to ensure that all necessary requirements and documentations are complete prior to processing of payments
- Reports outstanding payable accounts to immediate superior to immediately process payment to avoid any penalties, etc.
- Other accounting tasks that may be assigned from time to time
