Job Description
As a Hub Coordinator for Shopee Xpress, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operations and ensuring smooth processes within our hubs. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the hub, including receiving, sorting, and dispatching parcels.
In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing resources to ensure maximum efficiency, reducing delivery time, and providing excellent service to our customers. You will work closely with various teams, such as logistics, customer service, and fleet management, to ensure effective collaboration and achieve operational goals.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise hub operations, including parcel handling, inventory management, and quality control.
- Coordinate with different teams to facilitate operational processes, resolve issues, and improve overall efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures to maintain a high level of service quality.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
