Job Description
A Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for ensuring that products and services meet standards of quality, reliability, and performance. They play a crucial role in identifying and resolving any defects or issues before products are released to the market. The main responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with product development teams to create and implement quality control processes
- Conducting thorough inspections and tests to identify any product defects or deviations from quality standards
- Developing and maintaining quality assurance documentation, including test plans, reports, and risk assessments
- Identifying trends and patterns in product defects to determine areas for improvement
- Training and guiding employees on quality assurance procedures and best practices
