Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for calibrating, supporting, and observing quality standards and regulations.
- Provide recommendations on improving the quality process to achieve goals and objectives with the team leaders.
- Prepares documentation for quality assurance activities and creates audit reports on a timely basis.
- Assess quality issues, conduct root causes analysis, recommend insights, develop improvement plans and collaborate with team leaders to improve quality performance.
