Job Description
Primary responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing loading and unloading of company-owned trucks.
- Experience using CBM method in logistics.
- Responsible for planning and scheduling daily routes for in-house drivers and trucks.
- Ensure 95% truck capacity optimized.
- Ensure all delivery requirements from sales are met.
- Minimize expenses for the company involving oil & gas, toll, truck maintenance costs, etc.
- Responsible for hiring and onboarding new drivers and ensuring discipline.
- Working and negotiating for the best prices with third-party trucking companies.
Experience requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in logistics at a relevant industry with 3+ years of supervisory experience.
- 4 years university degree in a relevant course.
- Prefer prior experience with process optimization and inventory management.
- Good at excel and data analysis.
- Ideally have experience with ERP or inventory management system.
- This is a fast-paced, very high growth company – must be able to work under pressure at a fast-paced, challenging environment.
- Flexible in work taskings and can juggle different projects simultaneously.
- Must be proactive with a good working attitude.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication in English.
Additional Requirements:
- Experience in handling company-owned fleet / delivery trucks and NOT THIRD PARTY is a must.
- Willing to be based in Cabuyao, Laguna.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php25,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
