Job Description
We are looking for 2 OJTs to join our team at DERM.I.S.
Tasks:
- General administrative tasks
- Provide ways and knowledge on how the business will prosper through effective marketing strategies and tactics like Top-Of-The-Line or Bottom-Of-The-Line, PESTLE, Porter’s Five Forces, etc.
Towards the end of the OJT:
- The OJTs, along with the Accounting Staff (new staff), will have to provide an integrated report to the COO and CEO of the company foretelling the ACCOUNTING, MARKETING, AND HUMAN RESOURCE facet of the company — on how the company will grow. This is where the grade will be based on for the OJTs’ scholastic requirements.
- If satisfactory, the COO will give a chance for OJTs to be absorbed for possible employment even before you graduate.
