Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager Recruitment. As an Assistant Manager Recruitment, you will play a crucial role in our talent acquisition process. You will be responsible for attracting, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various job positions within our organization.
In this role, you will work closely with our HR team and hiring managers to understand the needs of each department and identify the best candidates. You will be involved in various tasks such as sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, checking references, and managing the hiring process.
